Hydrothermal Carbonisation HTC

The usage of the biomass for power production is not absolutely new. But in the last few years this kind of energy production is more and more under pressure form social politics. It is really a shame that foods are used for energy production and so many people do not have enough to eat.

With the Hydrothermal Carbonisation HTC the organic waste would be used for energy production. In this process the organic waste would be converted into so called “green coal”.

The advantages are:

• CO2-free coal 
• Carbon binding > CO2 sequestration 
• Improvement of land (Terra Preta)

The HTC-output material creates a lot of new applications. With the HTC plant we make it technically and economically possible.
